Cancellation Conditions
If you have to cancel your holiday
The conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
Holiday in nature
The following conditions apply
- No cancellation costs until 3 months prior to the start of your holiday.
- From 3 months to 1 month prior to the start of your holiday we charge 3 days.
- From 1 month prior to the start of your holiday we charge 90% of the booked stay.
- In case of premature departure or late arrival, the room will be charged for the agreed dates.
- In case of late cancellation, there will be no refund.
